Terms & Conditions – Leontrekkers Nicaragua

Reservations & Payments

  • Advance reservations are required.

  • To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied as credit toward a future tour, subject to availability.

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or online payment.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 48 hours before the tour: Deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as credit for a future tour, valid for 6 months.

  • Less than 48 hours before the tour, no-shows, or late arrivals: No refund or credit will be issued.

  • If Leontrekkers Nicaragua cancels the tour due to weather, volcanic activity, or safety reasons, clients may choose either a full refund or to reschedule the tour.

Note: We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients must be in sufficient physical condition to participate in the activities.

  • Any medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed prior to the tour.

  • Clients are required to follow the guide’s instructions at all times for safety.

Risks & Liability

  • All activities involve inherent risks.

  • Leontrekkers Nicaragua is not responsible for accidents caused by client negligence.

  • Clients are strongly advised to have travel or medical insurance.

Conduct Policy

  • Alcohol and drug consumption before or during the tour is prohibited.

  • Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Use of Images

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to appear, please inform us before the tour.

Changes & Updates

  • Leontrekkers Nicaragua reserves the right to modify itineraries, routes, or terms due to operational, safety, or environmental reasons.
